The HDPE pipe extrusion line adopts a high-efficiency screw and barrel, a grooved feeding section and a powerful water-jacket cooling system for stable material conveying and high extrusion capacity.
The extruder is equipped with a hardened gearbox with a self-lubricating system. A Siemens standard motor and Siemens inverter can be configured for reliable drive performance and precise speed control. Siemens PLC control or conventional button control is available according to customer requirements.
The HDPE pipe die head features an optimized flow channel design for uniform melt distribution and stable extrusion. Precise heating and temperature control help maintain consistent melt conditions and pipe wall thickness.
The vacuum calibration tank uses a two-chamber structure for vacuum sizing and initial cooling. The tank is manufactured from 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
A stable vacuum system helps achieve accurate pipe dimensions, while the automatic water temperature control system provides consistent cooling conditions.
The cooling spray tanks provide continuous and uniform cooling after vacuum calibration. Multiple spray nozzles distribute cooling water evenly around the pipe, helping maintain stable pipe dimensions and improving cooling efficiency.
The tanks are made of 304 stainless steel and can be equipped with automatic water temperature control according to production requirements.
The haul-off unit is designed for stable pulling of large diameter HDPE pipes at different production speeds.
Different caterpillar configurations and drive systems are available according to pipe size and production requirements. For large diameter pipes, a pipe winch device can be configured to assist pipe handling and reduce material waste.
The cutting machine provides accurate and clean cutting of large diameter HDPE pipes with low operating noise. A scrap collection or suction system can be configured according to production requirements to help keep the working area clean.
